操作流程
 
1.提前申请办理（即O证），可由我司代为办理。O证上“进口商”一栏，写我司进出口公司抬头，“进口用户”一栏写真正使用厂家。
 
2.发货前，我司在进口港所在地出入境检验*申请，并在确定备案的同时，通知贵司安排发货事宜。
 
——发货时应该注意事项 ：
 
A将机械表面的油垢清除干净，机械如有油箱或其他装储液体装置，请将液体抽干，并用**胶布将封口密封;
 
B污垢清除后，如果机械表面保护漆已经脱落，并起锈，外观成色非常陈旧的，建议喷涂以机械原色为基准的着色，尽量保持机械表面着色新净;
 
C机械原有的铭牌标记，如果已经脱落或者丢失，建议重新制作铭牌标记（机械型号，年份，**，产地，制造商等信息），年份建议不**过8年;
 
D机械接触部分或者操作台附件，请在显眼处贴标《安全使用警示牌》；
 
E如机械有附件类的电源，电线，接口等，建议使用绳索扎紧，避免装卸时损坏；
 
F机械清洁后，在未用薄膜、木卡板等工具包装前，请将每台机器设备拍照（每台设备清晰的全景的正面，左、右两侧和铭牌部位图片各1张），回传予我司以旧机电进口前备案之用；
 
G如属仪器类，按键部位，建议采用木箱打包装箱，并在出口前做熏蒸消毒处理，提供《木质包装检疫消毒证书》。
 
3.货到中国香港后，我司负责换单提货仓储事宜，安排中国香港中检公司做中验，中检检验合格后，中国香港中检公司开具。
 
4.安排驳船将货运至进口港码头，同时递交和到国内进口口岸商检局，换取《进口旧机电产品备案书》。
 
5 货到码头后，换单提货，安排商检查货，出进口口岸通关单，做单予海关申报（报关→审价缴税→海关查货→放行）。
 
总流程概括：
 
准备进口资料→办理0证→申请商检备案→安排中检→安排驳船到进口码头→在进口码头安排商检查货→出通关单→报关、审价、出税单、缴税→海关现场查货→提货放行→配送至厂家。
